General information Ammonium sulphate (AS) is a nitrogen-sulfur fertilizer. Contains 21% nitrogen and 24% sulfur. It is a chemically neutral white fertilizer that is well soluble in water. The fertilizer provides optimal growth and higher yields. Sulfur is one of the main nutrients of crops, it enters into the composition of proteins and amino acids. The ammonium sulphate is an excellent source of sulfur. It is easily and completely absorbed by plants. This makes it extremely suitable for basic and for spring fertilization.
